How to Deal with Cancer now and after

You may have just learned that you have cancer. Or you may be in treatment, finishing treatment, or
have a friend or family member with cancer. Having cancer changes your life and the lives of those around you. The symptoms and side effects of the disease and its treatment may cause certain physical changes, but they can also affect the way you feel and how you live.

Cancer is lifestyle changer, if you will and want to live longer. It will change your food, work, habits, schedules, people to be with, places to go, and mode of eating. Every aspect of your life will be observed and take care of. Surviving cancer is not impossible if we can mange our self daily. The people around must aware of our situation.
The following are ways to survive and deal cancer;
  1. Control your food, don't eat meat or any flesh of animal and fish, flesh are cancer cell food, stop them. Don't eat bread, crackers, or any process food. Drink pure water, alkaline and ionized water is recommended to be taken daily, cancer cell dies in an alkaline environment. You can drink warm water with lemon in an empty stomach, it will help much during the recovery and treatment. Take two table spoon of virgin coconut oil before breakfast. Don't eat noodles or any artificial soup, it will not help you on your recovery and treatment. It will take five to ten years of treatment and recovery before it will be safe to declare you are cancer free. 
  2. Leave your work for recovery. If your job is the reason why you get sick, there is no reason to stay longer. If your work provides worry and stress, there is no reason to go further in that kind of work, move out and pamper yourself to recover.
  3. Leave you habits. Any scheduled recreation, tour, leisure, outing, and others will be cancelled and stop. If you are drinking alcohol or beer, it must be stopped. Smoking cigarettes must also be stopped. Drinking soda or any cola, drinks in tetra pack must also be stopped.
  4. Be strict to yourself and be disciplined. There's no second time when you commit mistake and your life is at risk, if the cancer becomes dormant with radiation and chemo therapy, any time they will become active and more aggressive. That is why we should always have discipline with our time to eat, work, and get sleep.
  5. Be ready and have control to the people you go with.
  6. Places are beautiful but don't push your limit.
  7. Eat with care.
We can handle and eliminate cancer.
